The inherent relationship between the psychological and the corporal brings us closer to a practical proposal of an integrative and psychotherapeutic Yoga, maintaining its link with the original tradition from where it emerged, in India, and at the same time with a pedagogy and eclectic approach that promotes its adaptation to our society and culture, as well as to the needs of each person, bringing Yoga closer to those who seek to enhance their health and psychological well-being.

In a spacious, cozy and quiet room, the School offers classes of Integrative Yoga for adults (now also online), Meditation and Yoga Nidra Groups, Integrative Yoga Teacher Training (recognized by AEPY), as well as specific courses of deepening in Psychology and Yoga. We also organize workshops and courses on weekends and during the summer (August), retreats in nature where you can rest, experience calm and rediscover physical and mental harmony.

Sessions with options of difficulty and intensity for all ages, without registration and without permanence. For information about the activities click on the one you are interested in, you can also combine them.

You have 2 modalities for your Yoga and Mindfulness classes: On-site and online classes. The online classes are live via Zoom and access to the recordings. With the face-to-face classes you will also have access to online content so that you have more flexibility (if one day you can’t attend in person, you can do the class at another time, etc.).
